Thomas v. Rolling Hills Memorial Park
In March of 2006, our law firm recovered $480,000
for Billie Thomas who was at the Rolling Hills
Memorial Park Cemetery to visit his wife's grave.
He tripped on a hidden sprinkler head and injured
his knee which resulted in a total knee replacement.

Trial - Benediktsson
v. European Lines, Inc.
Steven
Choi tried the Benediktsson case before
a San Franciso jury in February of 2005. This
2 week jury trial involved a family of 4 who
were rear-ended by a big rig. 3 members settled
their case before trial. The pre-trial settlements
totalled $102,500 and the jury verdict was for
$235,000 plus $35,546.00 in court costs for
a total judgment of $270,546. Thus, the total
recovery in this case was $373,046.00.
